Why pay when I could write the letter myself?
You can. The letter is shown in full on this page, so copy it. What you are paying for is the address, the tracked post, the receipt, and the follow-up.
Is a cancellation from you valid?
The letter is yours, not ours. You ask us to put your cancellation in writing and send it, which is what their terms ask for.
Will you stop the payments leaving my account?
No. Only your bank can do that. We cancel the agreement, and the delivery receipt is the proof your bank will ask for.
What if the company ignores it?
We follow up in writing and keep the receipt. Your cancellation still counts from the date on the letter.
Do I have to phone anyone?
No. Everything is in writing.
What happens to my personal details?
The letter asks the company to delete what it holds on you. You can ask us to delete our copy at any time.
